NOTICE OF DISMISSAL


With leave of the Court, the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California dismisses the information charging the defendant with a violation of Title 18, U.S.C. § 3146 — Failure to Appear. As grounds for the dismissal, the United States notes that the defendants have been fugitives for over seventeen years and the defendants are now over seventy years old. Based upon our review of the case and the evidence, this office agrees that we will no longer prosecute the case.
