ORDER


Upon consideration of the United States' ex parte motion to unseal certain portions of the court file in this cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the following documents shall be unsealed effective January 9, 2001: the Complaint (filed September 24, 1999), the Amended Complaint (filed on December 15, 1999), Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgement and Memorandum in Support of Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (filed on May 8, 2000), Relator's Answer to Rush's Motion for Summary Judgment (submitted on June 7, 2000), the United States' Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (filed on June 7, 2000), Defendant's Reply Memorandum in Support of Its Motion for Summary Judgment (filed on June 21, 2000) and this court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated August 24, 2000; and

FURTHER ORDERED that all other filings shall remain under seal.
