ORDER
Upon the joint application of the United States of America, by and through Assistant United States Attorney Amy Finzi, and defense counsel, Elizabeth Macedonio, Esq., it is hereby ORDERED THAT, the defendant, Isidro Ruiz, shall undergo a full physical evaluation to help the Court and counsel understand the defendant's medical situation as it pertains to his incarceration in connection with his conviction after trial in the matter $7 03 CR. 1315 (LAK). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the results of the examination shall be released to the Court, defense counsel, and the Government, in connection with the defendant's sentencing.
