ORDER


On April 13, 2006, the defendant appeared in open Court and admitted to the three allegations set forth in the Petition directing her to show cause why her supervised release, a status that began December 10, 2004, should not be revoked. The defendant was found in violation of her supervised release, however, the Court chose not to revoke supervised release at this time and continue the defendant on supervision. The defendant shall be placed on home confinement with electronic monitoring until a bed becomes available at the Alvis House/COPE Center. The defendant will serve a period of up to three (3) months at the Alvis House, with work release privileges and participate in any treatment as deemed necessary by the probation officer. Weekend passes while at Alvis House will be left to the discretion of the probation officer. All other conditions previously imposed by the Court are continued. In addition, the defendant shall complete 20 hours of community service work.
