STIPULATION AND ORDER CONTINUING SENTENCING HEARING OAKLAND VENUE


The parties, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the sentencing hearing currently scheduled for March 27, 2006 at 2:30 a.m. shall be continued to April 17, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. This date is agreeable to the United States Probation Officer assigned to this matter.

A continue is necessary as government's counsel is currently in trial in the matter of U.S. v. Gerard Hood, CR 05-00011 MJJ.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.
