ORDER
In this case, the final pretrial is scheduled for AUGUST 13, 2009 AT 9:30 A.M. The Court notes, however, that Defendant Rendon has filed a Motion for Continuance, and Defendant Silva has filed a Motion for Severance. Accordingly, the Court will convert the final pretrial conference to an in-chambers STATUS CONFERENCE, and will address these Motions at that time.
