ORDER
The court ORDERS that the arraignment hearing of defendants, CUONG HUY PHAM and THUAN M. PHAM, be, and are set for 9:00 a.m. on May 6, 2005, before the undersigned district judge in the 4th Floor Courtroom of the United States Courthouse, Fort Worth, Texas.
The court further ORDERS that defendants, their attorneys, and the attorney of United States of America responsible for handling this action be present at such time, date, and place.
