ORDER


This Court hereby ORDERS the Defendant, Danny L. Parrott, released pending sentencing pursuant to the following conditions:

(1) The Defendant must not violate any federal, state, or local law while on release.
(2) The Defendant must immediately advise the Court, defense counsel and the U.S. Attorney in writing of any change of address or phone number.
(3) The Defendant must appear in court as required and surrender to serve any sentence imposed.
(4) The Defendant must report to U.S. Pretrial Services, (614) 719-3070, as directed.
(5) The Defendant's travel is restricted to the Southern District of Ohio, except as needed for medical treatment to be verified by U.S. Pretrial Services Office.
(6) The Defendant is to avoid all contact, directly or indirectly, with any person who was a victim or witness, on behalf of the Government, or any immediate family members thereof, including but not limited to Abe Keim.
(7) The Defendant is to refrain from possessing a firearm, destructive device, or other dangerous weapons.
(8) The Defendant is restricted to his residence at all times except for employment, employment; religious services; medical visits; attorney visits; court appearances; court-ordered obligations; or other activities pre-approved by the U.S. Pretrial Services Office or supervising officer.
(9) The Defendant must submit to location monitoring technology as directed by the U.S. Pretrial Services Office or supervising officer and abide by all of the program requirements and instructions provided by the U.S. Pretrial Services Officer or supervising officer related to the proper operation of the technology.
(10) Electronic Monitoring is to be established on or before Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Until Electronic Monitoring is put in place the Defendant is restricted from leaving his ranch.
(11) This Court is aware that the Defendant serves as a guide for individuals who come onto his ranch property to hunt during hunting season. The Defendant's occupation and the livelihood of his business are dependent upon customers coming on to the Defendant's land with firearms to hunt. In his capacity as a guide during these hunting expeditions on the ranch property the Defendant is not to possess, carry, discharge, or otherwise use a firearm in any manner. Additionally, if any individuals stay overnight on the Defendant's property any firearms they bring onto the property are to be stored outside of the Defendant's residence.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
