AMENDMENT OPINION
The sentencing opinion dated October 11, 2006 in the above-entitled action is hereby amended as follows:
On page 13, indented paragraph (1), the name "Santiago" shall be replaced by the name "Oglesby."
On page 13, the date of "June 13, 2006" in the last sentence shall now read "December 4, 2006."
