ORDER TO DISMISS PROCEEDINGS AND DISCHARGE DEFENDANT


Based upon the Defendant's successful completion of a 12-month probation, the absence of any prior convictions, no objection from the government, and the circumstances of this case it is hereby ORDERED, Adjudged and Decreed that pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3607(2) an ORDER DISMISSAL is hereby entered and the Defendant is DISCHARGED.
