ORDER
As the Court recently advised counsel for both parties, public policy mandates that court proceedings be conducted openly to the greatest extent possible. Accordingly, because defense counsel has not advanced any justification for filing under seal the Motion For Additional Time To File Response To Government's Motions Regarding Mental Health Evidence ("Motion For Additional Time") and the accompanying Order, both of which pertain to previously filed Motions that are publicly available, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Motion For Additional Time and the accompanying Order, which the Court signed on June 3, 2005, be unsealed in the case file.
The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to counsel of record and the Court Security Officer.
