PROPOSED STIPULATED ORDER


Based on the court's granting of the defendant's motion to return the seized guns, stipulation of the United States Attorney's Office, and proof of ownership being provided, therefore;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following guns be returned to the defendant's mother and father, Dale and Shirley Morrill: (1) one Mossberg Model 835, 12 gauge shotgun, s/n UM527178; (2) one Ruger M77 mag. Rifle, s/n 787-96533; (3) one Traditions Tracker black powder rifle, s/n 14-19-07-4368-02; (4) one Jennings .25 caliber pistol, s/n 561876; (5) one Savage Model III 30.06 rifle s/n F. 797899; (6) one Remington Model 581, 22 caliber rifle, s/n 1016174, and (7) one Thompson 54 black powder gun with wood stock, no serial number available.
