ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Wesley Moore's Pro Se Motion to Terminate his Term of Supervised Release (Doc. 1783). The Defendant was convicted on September 3, 1996 for Conspiracy in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. Defendant was sentenced by this Court to 186 months imprisonment, followed by four years supervised release. Defendant commenced his supervision on March 13, 2008.

In support of his Motion, Defendant asserts that he has successfully abided by all of the conditions of supervised release during the term he has served. Further, Defendant asserts that since his release, he has gotten married and has a child on the way. He represents that he is reformed and now a "positive part of society." (Def.'s Mot. at 1).

The Probation Officer has submitted a response in support of Defendant's Motion. She represents that Defendant's adjustment to supervision has been very good and he has posed no problems. All urinalysis have been returned negative and he has maintained steady employment at TekCollect, Inc. as a collection agent. There are also letters that have been submitted by Defendant's manager, TekCollect's Chief Operating Officer, and his Pastor, which speak very highly of Mr. Moore.

The Court has contacted the Assistant United States Attorney and he has no objection to Defendant's Motion.

The Court finds that the Defendant has set forth sufficient reasons to justify early termination from his term of supervised release. It appears Defendant has benefitted from the education he received while incarcerated and has become a productive member of society. Defendant's behavior while on supervised release has been exemplary and the Court hopes that the Defendant continues to maintain on this path. Defendant's remaining term of supervised release is hereby terminated effective immediately upon the filing of this Order.

The Clerk shall remove Document 1783 from the Court's pending motions list.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
