ORDER
The government has filed a motion to reduce sentence pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 35. The motion is granted. The court will depart downward to a total offense level of 15. The term of incarceration of thirty-seven months on Count 1 of the indictment previously imposed in this case is hereby reduced to a term of incarceration of eighteen (18) months, in all other respects, the defendant's sentence will remain the same.
