ORDER


This matter came before the court for a hearing on October 12, 2006, on the report of the probation officer of alleged violations by the defendant of conditions of his supervised release. The court finds that the alleged violations were committed by the defendant. The court orders that the defendant will be continued on supervised release on the previously imposed conditions, and with the following additional conditions: (1) defendant shall serve six months in the Alvis House on a work release basis; (2) defendant shall participate in a treatment program for substance abuse, such as a program with structured meetings or Narcotics Anonymous under a reporting plan, as directed by the probation officer, with regular substance abuse testing; (3) defendant shall be gainfully employed full time. The court further orders that defendant's term of supervised release shall be extended for an additional twenty — four months beyond the original expiration date.
