ORDER

This case is before the Court upon Petitioner's two Motions to Supplement 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Doc. # 99, 100), which the Government has not opposed. Petitioner states, in part, that "the proposed supplementation merely clarifies and augments the factual and legal premise for an issue presently under consideration by the Court, the Government, thereby, would not suffer prejudice by the allowance of said substance." (Doc. #99 at 653). Because the Government has not challenged this statement, there is no indication in the record that any prejudice will befall the Government by allowing Petitioner to file his proposed supplemental memorandum.

Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Petitioner's Motions to Supplement 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (Doc. # 99, 100) are GRANTED and Petitioner's supplemental memorandum (Doc. #100) is accepted as filed.
