ORDER


On September 21, 2010, the Court, on the record, held a telephonic status conference with all parties. At that status conference, the Court informed the parties that additional briefing is needed on the Government's motion to disqualify trial counsel for defendant Aristotle R. Matsa. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that the parties shall submit simultaneous briefs on this issue no later than Tuesday, September 28, 2010. Response briefs, if any, shall be filed no later than Friday, October 1, 2010. After reviewing the briefs, the Court shall inform counsel whether oral arguments are necessary.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
