ORDER


This matter is before the court on the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge filed on February 23, 2006. The magistrate judge held a final evidentiary hearing on February 16, 2006, on the probation officer's petition for the revocation of defendant's term of supervised release. The magistrate judge recommended that defendant's supervised release be revoked, and that the defendant be sentenced to a term of eight months incarceration. No objections have been filed to the report and recommendation.

The court hereby adopts the report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, and finds that the defendant violated the terms of his supervised release. A judgment will be entered revoking defendant's term of supervised release and sentencing defendant to a term of incarceration of eight months. No new term of supervised release will be imposed. The court further orders that defendant surrender himself immediately to the United States Marshal's Office to begin the service of this sentence.
