SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ON DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS TO SUPPRESS


On November 17, 2003, this court submitted its Report and Recommendation on Defendants' Motions to Suppress. The court hereby supplements its Report and Recommendation as follows:

On page 27 of the Report, after the sentence "The fact that Agent Burns served Mr. Weed with a grand jury subpoena does not vitiate Mr. Weed's otherwise voluntary consent," the following case citation is to be added: United States v. Susskind, 965 F.2d 80, 87 (6th Cir. 1992), vacated on other grounds, 4 F.3d 1400 (6th Cir. 1993) (en banc) (adopting Part IV of three-judge panel's prior opinion).
