ORDER GRANTING GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO CORRECT SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT AND TRANSFER TO PROPER DIVISION


On the motion of the United States, and good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED:

1. The Docket Number on the Superseding Indictment in this case may be corrected by interlineation to reflect the correct Docket Number; 2. The Superseding Indictment in this case shall be amended by interlineation to strike "Central Division" wherever it appears, and insert "Northern Division"; 3. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to transfer the case to the Northern Division of this Court and assign the matter a correct Docket Number for that Division, retaining the matter before the same District Judge; and 4. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to inform the parties of the reassignment and new docket number, and to instruct the parties to refer to the case appropriately in all future pleadings.
