ORDER

In view of the adjournment of the trial in this case, the Court enlarges the time for the submission of further papers with respect to the psychological and related information received from the authorities in Arizona in connection with a prospective Government witness.

Counsel for the defendant is directed to file and serve responsive papers to the Government's letter brief on or before December 2, 2005, failing which the Court will resolve the issue on the basis of the Government's submission alone, after the Court has examined the documents and material in question. If counsel for the defendant makes a responsive submission as contemplated by this Order, the Government, if so advised, may file a reply brief on or before December 9, 2005.

If the Court desires oral argument, counsel will be so advised.

In addition, as a result of the adjournment of the trial, the November 21, 2005 deadline for submission of proposed jury voir dire questions and requests to charge (specified in the Court's Order of October 18, 2005) is adjourned to a date to be specified in the future.

It is SO ORDERED.
