ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant George T. Jordan's motion for the return of his passport. (Doc. 275). The Defendant has completed his period of incarceration and is in compliance with the terms of his probation. He now requests that his passport be returned to him so that he and his family can visit Canada. The Government does not oppose this motion. The Court finds Defendant's motion well taken, and it is, therefore, GRANTED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
