ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Johnson's letter, received October 27, 2009 (Dkt. 21). The letter states that Defendant has a conflict of interest with his counsel, Jennifer Cordle, appointed to represent him. Based on a review of Defendant's letter and the record, the Court is unable determine what conflict of interest, if any, exists between Attorney Cordle and Mr. Johnson. Attorney Cordle is an attorney with the Federal Public Defender's Office in Columbus, Ohio, and has demonstrated herself to be a competent and effective lawyer before this Court. Accordingly, Defendant's request for appointment of new counsel is DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED.
