Hearing on pretrial motions held and concluded. Government's motions in limine granted as stated on the record. The Government and defendant Peter Palivos given leave to file pleadings regarding "other acts" under seal, provided that all filings are made in full compliance with Local Rule 5.7 and that redacted versions of the same pleadings are also filed with the Clerk's Office. Any pleadings previously submitted must be refiled by the respective party in full compliance with Local Rule 5.7.
