DISMISSAL OF INDICTMENT WITH PREJUDICE


Pursuant to Rule 48(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and by leave of Court endorsed hereon, the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California hereby dismisses with prejudice the captioned Indictment against John Horrigan, who has successfully completed his Pretrial Diversion.

Leave of court is granted to file the foregoing dismissal with prejudice of the captioned Indictment.
