ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This action came before the Court on February 13, 2006, for trial. The defendant was present with counsel, Shawn Kelly. The Government was unable to proceed at trial. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is dismissed with prejudice and Defendant Matthew Hinker is discharged.
