ORDER


The Defendant was formerly represented by Attorney Sean Boyle. The Defendant entered into a written plea agreement, but withdrew the plea before the Court accepted it. Former counsel for the Defendant was therefore granted permission to withdraw.

Since the withdrawal of counsel, the Defendant has not retained an attorney or sought a court-appointed attorney. This case is set for trial on September 21, 2009. The Defendant is ORDERED to either (1) obtain retained counsel; (2) request a court appointed attorney and fill out appropriate financial disclosure forms; or (3) advise the Court in writing of his intention to represent himself.

This matter is hereby set for a HEARING on AUGUST 21, 2009 at 8:30 A.M. The Defendant is ORDERED to attend.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
