ORDER

ALGENON MARBLEY, District Judge

Defendant, James K. Happ ("Happ"), has moved this Court for the return of his passport, which is currently in the possession of the Clerk of the Court for the Southern District of Ohio (Doc. 913). Happ was acquitted of all charges against him on December 17, 2008. Therefore, his Motion is GRANTED. The Clerk's Office is hereby ordered to release Happ's passport to Happ.
