May 28, 2008
Case No. CR2-08-018 (S.D. Ohio May. 28, 2008)

Opinion

Case No. CR2-08-018.

May 28, 2008

ORDER

Earlier today, the Court granted Defendant Ronnie Hall's motion for temporary release to attend a family funeral. The Court now reconsiders that order on its own initiative and RESCINDS it on the basis of newly acquired information suggesting that Hall has repeatedly threatened to flee if the opportunity arose, and to employ violence in making his escape. Accordingly, the prior order is null and void and Hall's motion is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
