ORDER
Based upon the defendant's conviction of Attempted Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition by a Restricted Person, and the Government's Motion to Forfeit Firearm and for good cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the firearm seized from the defendant as evidence in this case be forfeited to the Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Department of Justice.
