ORDER


On June 6, 2011, Magistrate Judge Glenda E. Edmonds issued a Report and Recommendation (Doc. # 95) in which she recommended that the Motion to Sever filed by Defendant Eliaz Bermudez Vasquez (Doc. # 87) be denied. The Report and Recommendation notified the parties that they had fourteen days to file any objections. No objections have been filed.

Defendant Charice Chauntel Gaede has filed a Notice of Joinder.

The Court has reviewed and considered the Motion to Sever, the Response, the transcript of the proceedings, and the Report and Recommendation.

Accordingly, after an independent review, IT IS ORDERED:

1. The Report and Recommendation (Doc. # 95) is ADOPTED;

2. The Motion to Sever (Doc. # 87) is DENIED.
