ORDER


On January 26, 2004, the defendant Brenda Meyers-Fisher filed in this court the following three motions: (1) a Motion to Clarify Record and Brief in Support, (2) an Unopposed Rule 60 Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default as to Brenda Meyers-Fisher and Brief in Support, and (3) an Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Answer Out of Time. On January 26, 2004, following entries of default against each defendant, this court issued Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and an Order of Permanent Injunction. Accordingly, the defendant Brenda Meyers-Fisher's motions are DENIED as moot. SO ORDERED.
