Pursuant to Fed. Rule Crim. Proc. 36, the Court is correcting a clerical error in the Statement of Reasons filed in this case on September 8, 2009, specifically Section V(A) of Form A0245B at page 2. The sentence imposed upon Defendant departs below the Guideline range, not above the Guideline range as stated on the originally-filed Form. The corrected page 2 is attached to this Order.
