ORDER


This matter is before the Court on Defendant, Raymond Ellis's ("Ellis") Motion to Withdraw Previously Filed Motion for Permission to Travel Outside of the District (Doc. 113). On November 12, 2009, Ellis requested that this Court issue an order permanently permitting him to travel outside of the Southern District of Ohio to Dallas, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada for the purpose of selling internet and wireless services (Doc. 110.) On January 5, 2010, this Court entered an Order holding Ellis's Motion for Permission to Travel Outside of the District in Abeyance pending the receipt of additional documentation. Ellis no longer needs to travel outside of the Southern District. Ellis's Motion to Withdraw Previously Filed Motion for Permission to Travel Outside of the District is GRANTED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
