ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendant, Adiyat Diggs's ("Diggs") Motion to Travel Outside the United States. (Doc. 39.) Diggs is currently serving a period of supervised release, and has requested permission to travel to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for a three day vacation with his girlfriend, Kim Times ("Times"). Diggs and Times currently reside together in a single family dwelling with Digg's two children. The proposed dates of travel are January 7, 2010, until January 10, 2010. On December 21, 2009, Brandon K. Mitchell ("Mitchell"), a Senior United States Probation Officer, submitted documentation to this court indicating that Diggs would be given permission to travel to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Mitchell further recommended that this Court issue an order granting Diggs permission to travel. In his letter, Mitchell indicated that Diggs has a positive attitude, has maintained steady employment and residency, and that Diggs is currently enrolled at Franklin University in pursuit of a finance degree.

Diggs has completed his financial obligations, including payment of a fine and special assessment, together totaling $2100.00.

Digg's Motion to Travel Outside of the United States is hereby GRANTED. Diggs is ORDERED to comply with any requests for information made by Mitchell as it relates to his travel outside of the United States.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
