ORDER


On or before August 15, 2005, the government shall serve and file an affidavit setting forth the dates on which the United States Attorney's offices for the Southern and Eastern District first notified Ms. Amsterdam and Mr. Jacobs that they were under investigation.

The Court will conduct an evidentiary hearing on September 9, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Absent further order of the Court, the only witnesses heard will be Ms. Amsterdam and Mr. Jacobs. Inquiry will be limited to when each first learned that he or she was under investigation and matters reasonably related thereto. Defendant is responsible for obtaining their attendance whether voluntarily or by subpoena.

SO ORDERED.
