ORDER


Upon consideration of the Joint Motion to Modify the Notice Requirements Set Forth in Paragraphs 23 and 33 of the Consent Decree, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' motion is GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED that, in light of the fact that the City is not in possession of the last known addresses or other contact information for the individuals identified in Paragraphs 23(b) and (c) of the Decree, the City is not required to comply with the specific notice requirements set forth in Paragraphs 23(b) and (c), and the corresponding requirement in Paragraph 33, regarding those individuals.

SO ORDERED.
