ORDERED that the motion be granted, and Nos. 07- 3082 and 07-3083 are hereby dismissed, and the consolidation of Nos. 07-3082 and 07-3083 with Nos. 07-3075, et al., is hereby terminated. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the parties file motions to govern further proceedings in Nos. 07-3075, et al., within 30 days of the date of this order.
