ORDER
This matter is before the Court on defendant's Motion for an Order directing the Butler County Jail, 705 Hanover Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, to permit Barbra A. Bergman, Ph.D., to visit with Brian Campbell for testing and an assessment. The Court finds defendant's Motion well taken, and sustains same.
Wherefore, this Court hereby ORDERS that the Butler County Jail, 705 Hanover Street, Hamilton, Ohio, permit Barbra A. Bergman, Ph.D., access to visit with Brian Campbell, as needed.
