ORDER

ALGENON MARBLEY, District Judge

This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion Requesting that Defendant be Returned to the Franklin County Jail. Defendant was housed at the Franklin County Jail from November 2008 until June 16, 2009, when he was transferred to the Butler County Jail. The Court does not have the authority to order Defendant's return. Therefore, Defendant's Motion is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
