MEMORANDUM AND ORDER


WHEREAS, supervision over this defendant, Paul N. Blackman, who was originally sentenced in the Southern District of California, was transferred to this district, and

WHEREAS, the defendant, while on supervised release, has been sentenced in State court to a term of two (2) to six (6) years with a term of one (1) to two (2) years to run consecutive thereto for the commission of seven bank robberies, and

WHEREAS, the defendant has been arrested on other occasions and otherwise violated the terms of his supervised release, and

WHEREAS, the term of supervised release is close to conclusion unless extended, and

WHEREAS, a no-bail bench warrant for the defendant's arrest was issued by the Southern District of California on November 2, 2004, and

WHEREAS, this Court has consulted with the Probation Office, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the November 2, 2004 warrant is vacated, and it is further

ORDERED, that the defendant Paul N. Blackman is supervised release is terminated unfavorably.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
