STIPULATION FOR MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS OF PRETRIAL RELEASE


IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND STIPULATED by and among the defendant, GRANT BERMAN, by and through his attorney, MICHAEL S. BERG, by and through the Surety LORRAINE BERMAN and plaintiff, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, through its counsel, DAVIO N. KELLEY United States Attorney, and MARCUS ASNER, Assistant United States Attorney, that condition Number One of defendant GRANT BERMAN'S Order and Conditions of Pretrial Release be modified in that he shall be allowed to travel to Mexico from May 7, 2005 to May 21, 2005.

Further, the passport and Green Card currently in the custody of the United States are to be released to Mr. Berman or his attorney Michael S. Berg.

The parties hereby stipulate and agree to the foregoing:

SO STIPULATED AND AGREED.

ORDER

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, based upon the foregoing stipulation, Condition Number One of defendant Berman's Pretrial Release Conditions be modified in that he be allowed to travel to Mexico from May 7, 2005 to May 21, 2005, and further that Mr. Berman's passport and Green Card are to be released to him or his attorney, Michael S. Berg, and that Mr. Berman a Mr. Berg will surrender such passport and Green Card on on about May 22, 2005, following Mr. Berman's return from Mexico.

SO ORDERED.
