JUDGMENT

WILLIAM ALSUP, United States District Judge

Judgment is hereby entered against the captioned defendant property. The defendant property shall be and hereby is condemned and forfeited pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 510(a). All right, title, and interest in said property is vested in the United States of America.

The United States Marshals Service, and their designated custodians, shall dispose of the forfeited defendant property according to law.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
