NOTICE TO PARTIES
It appears that grand jury transcripts from this case have been disclosed in violation of Rule 6(e) to the press and perhaps others. It also appears that discovery materials in this case may have been disclosed or disseminated in violation of existing protective orders. The Court has referred this matter to the United States Department of Justice for investigation, either internally or if necessary through independent counsel, in order to determine the source of the disclosures.
