ORDER


This matter is before the court on Defendant Mr. Adams' request that the court clarify whether the "No Contact" Order that was in place during his jury trial remained in effect after the trial concluded. It was Mr. Adams' understanding that the "No Contact" Order expired when the trial ended. Mr. Adams' understanding is correct. The "No Contact" Order expired at the conclusion of Mr. Adams' trial. Thus, there has been no such order in effect since July 12, 2004.
