ORDER FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT


It appearing that no potential claimant has filed a claim to the Defendant Property, and it appearing that the time within which any potential claimant could have filed a claim to the Defendant Property;

A DEFAULT JUDGMENT is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff and against all potential claimants as to the Defendant Property pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 55(b)(1). The Defendant Property is hereby forfeited to the United States of America.
