On February 22, 2024, a joint status report was filed in this case. The report was signed by Estevan D. Fernandez on behalf of respondent and by Paul J. Vaporean on behalf of petitioner. However, upon closer review, the Court notes that Mr. Vaporean has not entered an appearance in this proceeding.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that on or before March 22, 2024, Mr. Vaporean shall file an entry of appearance in this case or respondent shall file an independent status report.
