This case is calendared for trial on the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session. On April 4, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance asking the Court to restore this case to the general docket in order to allow the Independent Office of Appeals to review documents provided by petitioner and to fully discuss with petitioner the possibility of settlement in this case.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued generally.
