The Court GRANTS the parties' November 15, 2007 joint motion to dismiss the appeal against appellees Argent Mortgage Company, Jorge Espinoza, and Maricela Espinoza.
The Court GRANTS appellant's November 15, 2007 motion to dismiss the appeal against appellees Thomas Skellenger and Jacki Skellenger.
We DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1.
