Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 22, 2022. Application by the appellants to substitute Marta Urias, as administrator of the estate of Manuel Urias, for the deceased appellant Manuel Urias, to amend the caption accordingly, and for leave to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Marta Urias, as administrator of the estate of Manuel Urias, is substituted for the deceased appellant Manuel Urias, the caption is amended accordingly, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
